Movement and Strengthening
Movement and strengthening techniques aim to assess or improve posture, promote awareness of the "mind-body connection", and also manipulates the putative "energy field" surrounding the human body. Here at the Holistic Self Care Center we offer NIA, Belly Dancing, Martial Arts, Stretching, Yoga and Tai Chi (just to name a few) to our clients to reconnect with the body and inner-self and to help improve overall health and well-being. And lets not forget... its fun!
